A Case with Lomber Spinal Extradural Angioma

Extradural spinal angioma was diagnosed in the lomber region of a patient who referred to neurosurgical clinic with signs and symptoms disc herniation. The venous mass compressing L2-3 roots bilaterally coagulated by bipolar made an uneventuall recovery. This case is reported literature reviewed reiation rarity angiomas difficulties diagnose.
